A YEAR OF GROWTH & BEYOND

During a  year filled with uncertainty, we took the time to look inwards. We focused on leveraging our strengths, identifying areas of opportunity, growth and improvement, all whilst keeping a keen eye on the road ahead, excited by the future and our ambitions to take Fotech to the next level.

It was clear that our strengths in delivering high quality work was held up by a strong team and that’s why we committed to continue investment in growing our team. Spending the time and resources to ensure we found the “right fit” people, surrounding ourselves with knowledge, brilliant minds and diversity to ensure Fotech is in the best position possible to tackle our ambitious goals of growth and continued craftsmanship.

Early in the year we had the great pleasure to welcome Steve Brecko to our team. Steve with all his incredible skills and experience, not only in the Telecommunication sector but he also brought with him a depth of knowledge across a diverse range of relatable industries. Steve has clearly demonstrated he‘ll play an important role in helping grow and shape Fotech’s path towards future success whilst contributing to a warm, friendly, welcome working culture.

We’re incredibly excited to introduce our latest Fotech family member, welcoming John Tran into our team.

John brings over 5 years of Project Management experience to Fotech & has a solid understanding of the system life cycle, and quickly adapts to any new environment.

Regardless of the challenges in 2021, we had an incredible year, growing as a company and delivering bigger and better projects than ever before. Our plans and aspirations for 2022 are big! With bold ambitions and a growing team equipped with “the right stuff” and driven to deliver on those goals of quality, integrity and respect for our team and clients, we couldn’t be more excited for the future of Fotech.
